Outspoken

The day before Sound and Fury there were 2 shows that I knew of. Rosetta in Pomona and Swamp Thing at the Cobalt Cafe. Lucho found out about the Outspoken secret show and I was down for it even though I really wanted to see Rosetta. We drove to Anaheim and we stopped by this Carls Jr. I saw a van and assumed they had something to do with SNF and it was the bassist for Outspoken. (really nice guy). He showed us the way to the studio. Then a smart car pulled up and it seemed like there were 4 people in the car but I was wrong. Two in front and one packed in back as if luggage. "We were being smart, in a smart car". I met Tru Pray, Mike, and Jea that day; all really nice guys


They played 2 sets. So basically counting Sound and Fury we saw them 3 times. Lucho being from Peru was very fortunate.
