Inside Out #003

Lagged on posting this up. My mail was on hold because someone kept leaving the back gate open and that is where my neighbors dogs are. Both are very friendly but they bark at any stranger they see. So they were let out twice in the precise moments the mail people came so they didn't give the whole house hold out mail. I only found out because I thought I got a package slip that needed to be picked up boy I was wrong.
In the whole pile of dog hold mail I have received came Kevin's Inside out zine.

Giant Steps Zine

Hello peeps
Here is a zine that I do not own anymore. I sent it away in an envelop to my friend who would appreciate it more. It has a few stories in it and photos of graffiti. The intro interested me because he talks about jazz. It's been a while and my memory is hazy on this zine but check it out if your interested.

Suck My Ovaries Photo Zine

I sold 7 copies of my photo zine to Amoeba Records in Los Angeles (Thanks Furn!). It’s a special batch with extra photos from This Is hardcore 2012. In addition there is a mini zine included inside. They will probably be on sale tomorrow or the day after that. So if your interested check it out.

Me and my friend went to the cabin to see Torchrunner but the show was shut down before they played. Before we left someone handed this zine to me and as of this week I pulled it out of my zine crate and read it.

Dust to Dust, Ashes to Ashes zine

I met this cool girl Kat. When I decided to take a stroll around the merch tables I saw her up on her feet behind the Twitching Tongues merch. I didn't buy merch except for a bag but I did get zines. Kat had printed 4 zines out and this is one of the. As I arrived home I took the time to read this. Basically they are both really dark short stories. I didn't want to stop until I finished it and appreciate the the writing.

Document Zine #1-3 with added Review Link

I really don't have much to say just that zines make me happy. I met Sergio a while back and I remember our connection would be South America haha. (Yes dorky). He was in Liberate! at the time I think. He disappeared from me for a bit then I saw him again. He is a great dude and always there. As far as I know he has always been involved in the scene. No matter what genre of music that involves punk and whatever. Always at a show and most likely always taking pictures. It's exciting that he made a zine. At that he made a pdf format of a zine.  Just go read the review and download them!!I have yet to see them myself so I can't give any review.

Rainfest 2011 - The Official Survival Guide zine

 

I thought there was an endless supply of these zines and then I was told or possibly overheard that only 200 were made. This zine is great, especially when your someone who travels to attend a fest. So I highly recommend Sound and Fury and TIH to get on it as well. I don't live in Santa Barbara or know the areas so I am of no use to contribute. For those that are, do it!... please

This is a zine I had in my crate for a long time. It was during the swine flue epidemic and I'm assuming that may be a motivation to make this zine. There was some Food Not Bombs chapter reunion which not many attended. (I haven't been to FNB for about 2-3 weekends). It was in my 4shared and I wanted to post it up here.

Wake Up and Live Zine

Yesterday, my homegrrl Ely and I went to Claremont for a show ( it was well worth the hour it took to get there). I read they had free zines and when I sat on this counter I saw one unfolded in a box next to me. As I folded it I had an overview of what it consisted of. It was great to see a zine like that. I thought it was awesome. So I'm sharing this with you and if you see it, pick it up.

I don't give reviews, but I like this zine. I have a crate of zines that I save. Unfortunatly, I never get around to reading one all the way through. This zine that my homboy from hell sent me interested me, that I read through it while washing my cloths outside on the side of my house where the machines and trash cans are located.
